International cooperation
For years, the Laboratory has promoted international cooperation and exchange of ideas and resources. In particular, the longest and most fruitful collaboration, with multiple joint projects and joint research activities in the field of bone biology, has been with the Institute of Osteology and Biomechanics, University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf, Germany.
We also have joint publications or research activities with researchers from University Medical Centre, Geneva, Switzerland; The School of Sports Science, Fujian Normal University, Fuzhou, Fujian, China; Fraunhofer Institute, Forchheim, Germany; Materials Science Lab, Berkeley, USA; and the network of European Calcified Tissue Society (ECTS) and ECTS Academy members.
